A Non-Boring and Impactful Motivational Keynote
My signature keynote focuses around overcoming adversity and applying the lessons learned into all areas of professional and personal life.
It all began in 2011…
I am not what you’d expect as a poster child for heart disease, yet that’s precisely what I am. At just 26 years old I experienced two heart attacks, one month apart.
A recreational runner, vegetarian for 10+ years, and still I found myself crawling through an emergency room door, not knowing what exactly had gone wrong with my heart.
In this Ted Talk-style session, audiences can expect to learn:
→ What exactly happened and the warning signs that could save your (or a loved one’s) life
→ The top life lessons learned on the path from that first emergency room visit to the 9th (and counting!) marathon finish line
→ The 4 mantras that have reduced my anxiety and fueled forward momentum in all aspects of life and business
→ How to apply those hard-learned lesson to personal and professional life
All without the whole “experience a heart attack and figure out how to run a marathon” portion of my story.
“Your honesty and transparency are so powerful and your positivity is infectious. There is no doubt in my mind that our community has been impacted by your story.”
– Hannah Litman, The Heart Foundation
